Welcome to Inbox Zero. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our web application to sort and organize your email inbox.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect and process the data necessary to provide you with our inbox sorting services:

Email Address: Used for account creation, identification, and authentication.
Email Metadata: Senders, subjects, headers, labels, and timestamps fetched securely via the Google Gmail API to classify and sort your emails.
Email Body Content: Read temporarily inside your browser/client execution to generate quick AI summaries or run routing filters. Email body content is never stored permanently on our database.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information strictly for the following purposes:

To sort, label, and categorize your incoming emails into designated folders (e.g. Urgent, Read Later, OTPs, Trash).
To provide on-demand, private email summaries.
To maintain and improve the core performance and features of the Inbox Zero application.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use industry-standard security measures to keep your data safe. All user credentials and cache details are stored securely in Supabase. Your actual email messages are fetched in real-time from the Gmail API and are not hosted or persisted permanently on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

Our application integrates with the following secure third-party services:

Google APIs (Gmail API): To access, categorize, and update message categories.
Supabase: To store secure database settings, configurations, and session tokens.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can disconnect your Google Account at any time from the app settings, which immediately revokes all authentication tokens. If you wish to permanently delete your Inbox Zero account and database records, please contact us at saadfaisal0777@gmail.com.
